Restore for Schools™

The training curriculum comes in a variety of packages to fit the training needs of your school district, and provide the following services:
- Case Review: Meeting with staff to review complex student cases related to mental health/behavior and offering recommendations that follow trauma-informed and evidence-based best practices .
- Policy Review: Reviewing school/district policies and procedures (including disciplinary protocols, staff scheduling, and human resources processes) to ensure they follow trauma-informed care principles and practices.
- Assessment and Evaluation: Providing organizational assessments and evaluation services . This may include measuring staff stress and burnout, evaluating the effectiveness of interventions, assessing knowledge of trauma-informed care policies, and identifying areas for improvement and sustainability . (Additional fees may apply depending on the complexity .)

Our Services
- Class Observations: Observing classroom dynamics, especially in classes with demonstrated behavioral problems, and providing feedback on improving behavior and the learning environment using trauma-informed care principles.
- Restore Space™: Training on how to set up specialized classrooms designed to provide basic needs and stabilization support for students in need, allowing students to "reset" before returning to the classroom . This model is adapted from Navigating Emotions and Stress Through Training (NESTT) classrooms.
